Always use “The Shish” for takeaway. First class.

Order from shish quite alot but tonight our chicken was very dry in all 3 calzones, disappointed in our meal tonight.

Ordered through their website at 17:30 after an hour of waiting I phoned to see where it was . Got told it was leaving “soon” . I don’t think they bother checking the online orders , only deal with phone or walk ins “ soon” turned out to be another hour before it turned up . Only to find all the sauces we had ordered and paid extra for were missing . This meant half the group being able to eat and finish their meals while the other half had to wait more than 20 minutes with the food going cold until a driver came out with the missing items . Delivery service is chaotic , another time we ordered online for collection , went in , order not been started , eventually got it , paid & left with the food . Hours later their delivery driver turned up on our doorstep with our full order again , it was as if someone suddenly remembered they were supposed to process online orders as well as phone / walk ins , They would be as well disabling their online order function .

Took 2 hours for delivery to arrive, after the app said 40 mins.
